On Friday I was prepared for any stress Pat might throw my way on our trip from Galveston to Port Aransas...

...a stress relief squishy (pawprint) from Emma and my favorite donuts (cake with powdered sugar) from Homecut Donuts in Galveston, lol.

Something you find in Texas stores as hurricane season approaches.

Surfside RV & Resort, our home for March.

These are tight spots. Pat said you can almost see in your neighbor's bathroom.

"Trailer Trash" mural on the building housing the park dumpster.

Saturday evening we drove on a short section of the beach. We saw a very interesting truck/RV, tents, boondocking RVs, groups gathered around fires, and people walking the beach. The posts lining the beach separate the driving area and the part closest to the water where vehicles aren't allowed. Signs remind RVs that they must park perpendicular to the water-line on the driving sign of the posts.

Interesting RV

Where are the Piepers now? Port Aransas, TX

  1. I thought you left the state, but only drove a ‘little’ ways.
